Power specifications for the onboard 4x USB3 ports

I am using a Sata Hat with 4x spinning 2.5 inches laptop HDD...it is powered with the 12V Sata Hat connector with a 12v - 10Amp regulated quality power supply.

It is running OMV5 on Buster Legacy Armbian OS...very stable until I added 2x spinning 2.5 inches laptop HDD on the NanoPiM4V2 onboard USB3 ports. Then the NanopiM4V2 sometimes resets depending on what OMV is doing.

The additional drive are both working fine so initially, I thought that all was fine but now I suspect the USB3 port can't supply all the power required but the HDD and makes the NanoPiM4V2 reset.

So my question is what are the supply specifications for those 4x USB3 ports ?
Am I correct in assuming that they can't power more than 1x HDD ?

The power requirement for the 2.5 inches /USBHDD is 500mA
Hi, have you managed to get some information I want to know too?
