can i somehow tweek this deviceso its faster!?
and CPU usage is pretty low
If you like to test s performance of SD-cards - it's a good idea to buy a SD-Card reader, not a single board computer :)

Perhaps you don't know how to properly compare? Check this: https://github.com/ThomasKaiser/sbc-bench
I have a 3b+ and M4. The M4 is noticeably quicker. Startup and shutdown taking around 5 seconds or less from EMMC. Not much slower using an A2 rated SD card. I have doubled the SD clock on the Pi and fitted a moderate heatsink and fan, so it's running well.

Overheating will cause thermal throttling on the Rockchip. The standard heatsink and thermal pad are quite inadequate on the M4, worse on the NEO4. Fitting a fan may get you cool enough and improve performance.
