yet, if i try any of the following, i get Unknown interface xxx. Yet I have interconnection.

Code: Select all

root@NanoPi-Duo:/# ifdown eth0
Unknown interface eth0
root@NanoPi-Duo:/# ifdown wlan0
Unknown interface wlan0
root@NanoPi-Duo:/# ifup eth0
Unknown interface eth0
root@NanoPi-Duo:/# ifup eth0
Unknown interface eth0
root@NanoPi-Duo:/# ifquery eth0
Unknown interface eth0
root@NanoPi-Duo:/# ifquery wlan0
Unknown interface wlan0
root@NanoPi-Duo:/#
did you get the same errors when using

ifconfig eth0 down
ifconfig eth0 up
ifconfig wlan0 down
ifconfig wlan0 up
ifconfig -a
I do not get errors with those. Yet when i do ifconfig eth0 down, it does not stop my internet access.
